This service is a personal archiving tool that helps users back up their own karaoke recordings to their own computer or their own Google Drive. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Smule, Inc. or Google LLC.
You may use the service only for content you created or have the right to download. You can back up your recordings only while you are signed in to your own Smule account.
Current prices are shown on the home page. Membership is purchased only in the SingVault apps for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play), and payment is collected by that store. The Chrome extension itself is free and is unlocked automatically by the same membership. Refunds are requested from the store you bought from and decided under its rules. See the Refund Policy.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the subscription settings of the store you bought it from (App Store or Google Play); service continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Backed-up files live on your own device or in your own Drive and remain yours after cancellation.
The service is provided "as is". If changes on third-party platforms (Smule, Google) disrupt the service, a reasonable resolution period applies; if service becomes permanently impossible, the remaining period is refunded. No liability is accepted for indirect damages.
