Refund Policy
SingVault is a subscription service for backing up your own karaoke recordings. The Chrome extension itself is free, and your first 5 recordings are free in the apps too, so you can try the service before subscribing.
- Where subscriptions are bought: Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store (iPhone app) or Google Play (Android app) and billed by them. SingVault never charges your card directly. One subscription covers the iPhone app, the Android app and the Chrome extension.
- How refunds work: Refunds are requested from the store you bought from and decided under its rules; we cannot issue or override store refunds ourselves.
- Renewals and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Files already saved to your own device or Google Drive remain yours.
